BRF Sandhamnsgatan

Gate46 led a refresh and upgrade of the finishes, furnishings, plants and lighting within the common spaces at the BRF Sandhamnsgatan Housing Coop. The assignment encompassed two entrance foyers, stairwells, corridors and outdoor lighting. Through oak paneling, new fittings and repainted letter boxes, we transformed the entrance foyers into more welcoming spaces. The corridors were adorned with new literature holders featuring clear name plates and the entire building was given a clear graphic profile which is even reflected in the stairwells through elegant floor numbers. The outdoor lighting gave new life to the façade and provided a new sense of security to the exterior.
